We stand behind the quality of our training programs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund within the specified timeframe outlined in this policy. 3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Timeframe for Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date for all training programs. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund. The purchase date is defined as the date on which payment was successfully processed and confirmed.

3.2 Program Access Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, you must have accessed less than 25% of the program content. If you have completed or accessed more than 25% of the modules, lessons, or materials, your purchase will be considered final and non-refundable. This policy ensures that our programs are not used in their entirety before requesting a refund.

3.3 Certificate Programs

If you have received a certificate of completion for any program, that program is no longer eligible for a refund. Once a certificate has been issued, it indicates that you have completed the program requirements and the transaction is considered final.

4. Non-Refundable Items and Services

4.1 One-on-One Coaching Sessions

Individual coaching sessions that have already been scheduled or completed are non-refundable. If you have purchased a coaching package and wish to cancel, you may receive a prorated refund for any sessions that have not yet been scheduled, minus a 20% administrative fee.

4.2 Live Workshop Attendance

Live workshops, webinars, and group training sessions are non-refundable once the event has commenced. If you are unable to attend a live session, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to discuss rescheduling options or the possibility of accessing a recorded version.

4.3 Promotional and Discounted Programs

Programs purchased at a promotional price, during special sales events, or with discount codes may have modified refund terms. These terms will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase. In most cases, promotional purchases are eligible for refunds under the same conditions as regular-priced programs, but some special offers may be final sale.

4.4 Third-Party Services

Any third-party services, tools, or resources that are included with or recommended as part of our programs are subject to the refund policies of those respective providers. We cannot process refunds for third-party products or services.

5. How to Request a Refund

5.3 Approval and Processing

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion. Partial refunds may be considered in cases where you have accessed more than 25% but less than 50% of the program content, or where extenuating circumstances prevented you from completing the program. Each case will be evaluated individually.

7. Program Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your current program but are interested in trying a different one, we may offer a program exchange option. Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

The exchange request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase.
You must have accessed less than 25% of the current program content.
The new program must be of equal or lesser value. If the new program is of greater value, you will be required to pay the difference.
If the new program is of lesser value, the price difference will not be refunded but may be applied as a credit toward future purchases.

8. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your program content, please contact our support team immediately. We will work diligently to resolve any technical issues. Refunds due to technical problems will only be considered if we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, typically 14 days from the initial report.

9. Cancellation of Subscription Services

If you have purchased a subscription-based program or service, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the program content until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused time within a billing cycle.

10. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution without first contacting us to resolve the issue, your access to all programs and services will be suspended. We encourage you to reach out to our support team first so we can address your concerns and work toward a satisfactory resolution.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under this policy where such failure is as a result of acts of nature, war, civil unrest, terrorism, fire, flood, acts of government, or other causes beyond our reasonable control. In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative solutions or reschedule services.
